Your AHA 401(k) Thrift and Savings Plan is managed by Vanguard and is designed to help you meet your retirement goals. AHA matches dollar for dollar the first 3% of pay that you contribute to the plan and AHA contributes an additional 3% quarterly safe harbor contribution. You can direct your investments and the AHA's contributions in a variety of investment options with fund options that are short-term, bonds, balanced, target date and domestic/international/specialty stock.

AHA partnered with SoFi, giving you access to financial advisors who can help you with debt management, student loan repayment, buying a home, family and retirement planning. It’s free, confidential and they offer support seven days a week.

AHA employees are eligible to join the HealthCare Associates Credit Union (HACU). HACU is a full-service, not-for-profit financial cooperative serving select employee groups with staff and members sharing a common bond: health care. As a member, you'll benefit from high dividends, personal service, convenience, and value-added  products and services such as loans, checking and savings accounts, and credit cards.
